Job Description

As a CRM Data Specialist, you will be responsible for data analysis, budget management for incentives, creation of segmented communications, and generation of campaigns aimed at increasing orders. Your role will involve:

• Creating CRM actions to convert new users and increase the frequency of current users.
• Administering multiple CRM maintenance functions to ensure data integrity.
• Developing and implementing automated campaign frameworks based on user activity.
• Collaborating with local teams on A/B testing and campaign implementation.
• Interacting with BI, Commercial, and Product teams.
• Working alongside the design and communication team.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

• Academic background in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Experience in similar roles, preferably with a focus on CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Braze and SQL for managing large datasets.
• Fluency in English (highly valued).
• An entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to change, and enjoys a dynamic environment.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing high-impact tasks.
• Creativity in problem-solving with an analytical approach.
