Requirements

Experience and skills required

• Experience in managing data analysis teams;
  
• Programming in SQL is mandatory;
• Proficiency in developing reports and visualizations of key metrics and indicators in data visualization tools;
• Strong understanding of modeling, storage structures, and data processing;
  
• Experience with statistical methods, including regressions, clustering, and hypothesis testing;
• Desirable experience in technology and financial companies;
  
• Programming in Python and knowledge in Google Looker will be a differential.

In your day-to-day we will empower you to:

• Contribute actively to Nomad's performance, seeking answers and learnings about the market and customers through data;
• Lead the team and individually execute the preparation of dashboards, reports, analyzes, and studies, such as root cause investigation, A/B test experiments, customer clustering, time series projections, etc;
• Boost the company's Data Driven culture;
• Develop the Data Analysis area of Nomad and the analysts in the team so that this area increases its impact on the business;
• Ensure the area's data governance, security, privacy, and quality practices.
