Your Role and Impact

As a Data Analyst, you will partner across our 10 business units to lead data analysis projects and craft data-driven solutions tackling complex business challenges. By transforming raw data into actionable insights using advanced technology tools like Tableau, you will enhance our strategic decisions and ultimately, impact future generations.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Analyze statistical data to forecast trends and predict customer behavior.
• Utilize superior data visualization tools to present data clearly and effectively.
• Conduct real-time analytics to discover insights and opportunities for growth in educational endeavors.
• Work closely with developers to streamline data for analysis and report generation.
• Lead and mentor within the analytics team, stimulating innovative thinking and problem-solving.
• Develop strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to deepen understanding of data needs.

Skills Needed to Win:

• At least 2 years of experience leading analytics initiatives with tangible impact on business outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or R.
• Ability to decipher complex data into concise and clear actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance the analytical capabilities of peers through guidance and leadership.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with data visualization tools beyond Tableau.
• Background in optimization testing and product analytics.
• Knowledge in causal analysis to identify underlying trends and predictors.

Salary & Benefits
