We are currently looking for a motivated In-Line Inspection Data Analyst to join our team at ROSEN USA in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for both seasoned professionals and those at the early stages of their careers who have a passion for technology and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Execute all levels (L1 and L2) of Data Analysis in line with ROSEN's established policies and procedures.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of pipeline inspection data using ROSEN’s proprietary software and specifications.
- Analyze and interpret data to pinpoint anomalies and references within In-Line Inspection signals.
- Conduct data correlation and comparison across various inspection results.
- Customize software configurations to meet client requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on data analysis outcomes following project-specific reporting guidelines.
- Provide regular updates on project status to the evaluation lead.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a two-year technical degree is required; a four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Must meet the requirements of ANSI/ASNT ILI-PQ-2017 for applicable technology through satisfactory training and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and manage multiple project deadlines effectively.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to read the Jaeger Number 2 or similar type at a minimum distance of 30 centimeters.
- Must pass the Ishihara Test for Color Deficiency as color differentiation is critical to the role.
- Subject to drug screening, background check, and physical performance evaluation, including a vision exam.
