- Verified experience in SQL, PowerPoint, Excel and programming languages such as R or Python for data handling and analysis.
- Analytical abilities to sift through various data sources and align them with business KPIs.
- Statistical skills
- Capability to manage full-scale analysis to tackle dynamic challenges
- Understanding of functional domain and scenarios; business data requirements; database technologies (for example, SQL, Big Query, GCP)
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Database management.
- Experience in Data Visualization tools like: Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau, etc
You will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering, analysing, interpreting, summarising and presenting data in an absorbable manner
- Aid in identifying the most appropriate data source and also in setting up an efficient and streamlined process for the collection and integration of data.
- Implement complex analysis from various data sources (in GCP/ Big Query) to establish a baseline of the entire network (daily flow paths, volumes, costs).
- Generate input files to operate numerous simulation scenarios.
- Verify the results from the simulation models to ensure that all business policies are adhered to. Point out areas of opportunities/ gaps /failure points in current systems.
- Gather, analyse, interpret, summarise, and convey data in an understandable way.
- Present findings and suggest improvements.
