As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the automotive analytics team to maintain, enhance, and develop analytic solutions tailored to specific auto industry questions for Black Book customers. Candidates should be passionate about data and uncovering its insights.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the automotive analytics team to ensure thorough understanding of automotive data.
  • Maintain and enhance existing vehicle valuation models and systems.
  • Design and build new price forecasting models.
  • Develop automated quality control procedures to assess data quality and provide reports to data owners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in applied statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience using Python for machine learning and large-scale data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning methodologies such as regression, decision trees, time series analysis, and NLP.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
