What You'll Do

Join our team as a Data Analyst and dive into the fascinating world of data insights and analytics. Your role will involve:

• Performing regular reviews of data stored in various platforms such as SQL tables, analytics tools, and spreadsheets, and identifying actionable insights.
• Collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure comprehensive data collection.
• Preparing data for predictive and prescriptive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Contributing to the enhancement of data governance, ensuring data remains trusted, accessible, and timely.
• Working cross-functionally with different teams to align data analysis with business objectives.
• Communicating complex data insights in clear, actionable formats tailored to diverse audiences.
• Developing compelling data visualizations that effectively convey trends and recommendations.
• Continuously enhancing your skills as an analyst while sharing knowledge with peers.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our Client Data Team.

Skills Needed to Succeed

• Strong statistical, analytical, and reasoning skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data insights to diverse audiences at a technical level.
• A methodical and organized approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Self-motivation and the ability to initiate independent decisions and problem-solving.
• A collaborative spirit, capable of working in a team as well as independently.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or strategy; 4+ years preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4, Tableau, Amplitude, and Mixpanel is preferred.
