Job Description

1. Data Analysis and Visualization:

   • Create engaging and insightful dashboards using Power BI to visualize financial and operational data.
   • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and present conclusions to stakeholders.

2. Data Modeling Strategy:

   • Establish and implement data modeling strategies to ensure data precision, uniformity, and efficiency.
   • Cooperate with IT and data engineering teams to refine data infrastructure.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   • Engage with different departments within Finance to understand their data requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
   • Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into practical data solutions.

4. Insights and Recommendations:

   • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
   • Assist in forecasting and predictive analytics to accelerate business growth and efficiency.

5. KPI Development and Measurement:

   • Develop and manage a set of relevant KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of business decisions.
   • Monitor and report on KPI performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Evidence of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard creation using Power BI or similar tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management.
• First-rate communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and provide actionable insights.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
