We are currently seeking to train potential new Singtel employees in the B2B mobile domain, focusing on areas such as technologies, data analytics, and product developments.

Make an Impact

• Understand business problems from the department, identify and document requirements and data needed to solve them.
• Combine market, operational, and financial data into rich data sets for business use.
• Analyze and review data gathered, identify problems, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and establish how data categories are related and work on data presentation.
• Manipulate volumes of data from internal and external sources.
• Effectively communicate data insights and findings to diverse audiences at Singtel, promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze customer behavior using data-driven approaches to improve Singtel’s product and service offerings.
• Prepare data visualizations, dashboards, and reports based on analytics and statistics.
• Document business rules for data.
• Ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of data definitions.
• Develop scripts and tools to extract and manipulate data.
• Collaborate with IT on source data requirements, report design, and requirements.

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship.
• Knowledge in analytical techniques: Statistical modeling (e.g., linear regression, GLMs, time series), supervised machine learning (e.g., Gradient Boosted Tree, Neural Networks), Generative AI, LLMs, design of experiments, segmentation/clustering, text mining, network analysis, optimization, simulation.
• Proficiency in analytics tools: Efficient data manipulation skills (Excel, SQL, Hive, Impala) and data visualization (Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to analyze large datasets.
• Growth mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
