Data Analyst Position at FocusKPI

Job Details:

Work Location: Hybrid (Candidates must be based in the Bay Area)

Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension and conversion based on budget and performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance of sellers by developing and maintaining management reports.
• Generate targeted insights to aid in developing new seller offers.
• Lead the deployment of pricing strategies within the client’s pricing engine.
• Carry out testing and review of pricing configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues during pricing system implementations.
• Conduct audits on pricing data to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with teammates and stakeholders about updates and issues.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably within pricing operations, system implementations, or related sectors in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in coding and/or data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with business intelligence visualization tools.
• CPA or CFA certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
