About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will take on vital responsibilities that support our continued growth and operational success:

• Carrying out targeted research and crafting requirements through document analysis and close interaction with various stakeholders.
• Defining project scopes and objectives based on interactions with business owners and technical teams.
• Developing comprehensive business cases, project summaries, needs analyses, problem definitions, and identifying gaps between current and desired future states.
• Ensuring the precision and clarity of documentation which includes business requirements, technical specifications, and reporting findings.
• Designing technical solutions to address business challenges, offering suggestions for improvement and maximizing efficiency within company and industry frameworks.
• Maintaining proactive and professional communication with users regarding the status of ongoing production issues and solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor's degree in business/commerce, statistics, computer science, economics, finance, or mathematics.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Analyst role.
• Experience with Tableau Desktop (certification preferred) and Tableau Server.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the capacity to address issues independently and efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with other relevant applications.
• A strong understanding of IT processes with a commitment to continuously update knowledge.
• The ability to multitask and pursue multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
