The Opportunity:

Your Role:

As a client-facing Data Analyst in our Climate and Infrastructure team, you are at the forefront of addressing pressing questions by delving deep into data-rich environments to uncover vital information that assists in decision-making processes. You will also provide crucial data insights and recommendations, influencing how governmental entities adopt environmental justice initiatives.

How You'll Contribute:

Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, utilizing your expertise in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. Your role includes:

  • Developing and refining data methodologies
  • Generating solutions that span multiple functions through comprehensive data analysis
  • Applying quantitative and qualitative metrics to influence technical results and decisions
  • Presenting complex data in understandable formats, catering to varied audiences

Who We're Looking For:

A skilled Data Analyst with:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, ideally using SQL, R, or Python
  • Proficiency in creating impactful visualizations with tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • A background in consulting or client-facing roles with the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain specific public trust clearances as per client requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in environmental justice or related fields
  • Geospatial analysis and Agile project environment familiarity
  • Advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP

Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive compensation package ranges from $60,400 to $137,000 annually, based on experience and location. This includes health benefits, retirement plans, paid leave, and more. Full-time and part-time roles enjoy varying benefits.
