About the Role:

The Data Analyst position at Latitude is a hybrid role, requiring you to be onsite in Alexandria, VA 50% of the time, and allowing the flexibility to work remotely the remaining 50%. The ideal candidate will have more than 6 years of professional experience in data analysis, with extensive expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehouse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external clients to gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL queries and scripts for data analysis and reporting.
• Design and implement solutions for data reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data results with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of data warehouses, including ETL processes and data integration.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across various platforms and sources.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years in data analysis or a closely related field.
• Strong experience in BI and data warehouse projects.
• Proficient in SQL and data reporting tools.
• Proven ability to document business requirements and user stories effectively.
• Experience working directly with external clients.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
• Understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
