Role Overview: Data Analyst, Performance Analytics

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to enrich our Performance Analytics team. This role involves utilizing SQL and data visualization tools to craft and sustain analytics solutions that significantly impact both our clients and our internal processes.

As part of our collaborative team, you'll explore the operational dynamics within client hospitals and trace the influence of our products across various service levels. Your efforts will focus on understanding and showcasing how Qventus’s solutions foster improvements in healthcare delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage regular analyses that extract insights on product utilization and its effects on customer objectives in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to aid our Delivery team and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Provide support for our analytics products by troubleshooting issues, facilitating dashboard implementations for new clients, and innovating analytical features.
  • Enhance the robustness of our analytics platform through activities like deployments and documentation.

Who We’re Looking For:

You have at least 3 years of experience in data-centric roles including analytics, science, or engineering, coupled with:

  • Proficient use of SQL for business analytics.
  • Experience with modern data visualization tools; Looker is preferred.
  • A deep-seated curiosity and a drive to make tangible impacts in the real world.
  • Exceptional skills in both spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in handling US Healthcare data such as EHRs or claims.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, schema design, and modern data warehouses like Snowflake.
  • Advanced degrees in quantitative fields like statistics or economics.

Note: The position requires working from our NCR/Noida offices for at least three days a week and adapting to US-based work hours, extending up to 12:30 am IST.
