Position: Data Analyst, Performance Management

As a Data Analyst in our Performance Management team, you will be crucial in supporting our data analytics and reporting needs. Your role is to generate and maintain daily and monthly reports that influence key decision-making processes at both the corporate and retail levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize data mining techniques to extract information and identify patterns or trends.
• Integrate data from various systems to prepare comprehensive reports for corporate and dealership teams.
• Produce and publish monthly and ad-hoc reports for the management team.
• Build and validate reports using system data.
• Perform statistical analyses and monitor data quality.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to identify mission-critical KPIs for tracking progress.
• Maintain and update relevant reporting documentation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in a reporting and analytical role.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of data sources, organization, and storage.
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in automating processes and data analysis using Python.
• Ability to connect to APIs for data extraction.
• Master's Degree in Data Analytics or a similar field.
