About the role: This role revolves around data, statistical analysis, and reporting to help examine and analyze business performance. It aims to provide insights and drive recommendations to improve performance.
Expectations/ Requirements
1. Take complete responsibility for generating insights for one of the business function areas by closely working with the respective business owners.
2. Develop predictive models to understand consumer life cycle, retention, churn prediction, marketing ROIs, campaign performance, cross-sell behavior, retargeting, revenues, etc.
3. Generate BI dashboards & automated reports to assist business leaders with key decisions.
4. Develop customer segmentation techniques to aid Growth & marketing teams in improving campaign efficiency and enhancing key user growth metrics.
5. Collaborate with other teams such as Product, Marketing & Operations to standardize all Data Analytics processes.
6. Work closely with Data warehouse & Product teams to integrate required data sets and establish data pipelines for efficiently running analytics & modeling projects.
7. Regularly delve deep into business data to identify new opportunities and gaps to boost the business. The role will include periodic ad-hoc analysis based on business priorities
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Engineering degree from IIT or from a tier-1 engineering college.
2. 3-5 years of prior work experience in analytics.
3. Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
4. Extensive working experience with SQL & Excel
5. Significant experience with one of – R/Python.
