Role Responsibilities:

The Data Analyst at Emprise Bank will:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected from diverse sources through rigorous cleaning and preprocessing.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create and manage detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
• Adhere to data governance standards by properly documenting processes and ensuring compliance with various regulations.
• Present analytical findings to business partners, adapting communication to fit their understanding and needs.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies within data analytics.

Candidate Profile:

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or a business degree supplemented by relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong skills in SQL; experience in Python or PySpark is desirable.
• Experience working within Azure cloud environments and familiarity with Databricks are advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and the capability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills with the proficiency to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
