About the Role: Data Analyst (Hybrid - Indianapolis, Indiana)

As a Data Analyst at IU Health, you will provide essential data analysis and database management support across various programs and initiatives. This hybrid role, based in Indianapolis, focuses on leveraging data to fuel our commitment to top-tier healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage databases to support program initiatives.
• Act as a consultative resource for management at all levels, helping them understand and utilize data for performance enhancements.
• Generate reports, validate data, and train other system users as a subject matter expert.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
