Job Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Collect commercial and client survey data from multiple platforms including GAN, Quickwin, Cognos files, Salesforce, and others.
• Transform and structure large datasets using Amadea and Power BI to facilitate analysis and reporting.
• Analyze data to provide crucial insights to various stakeholders such as:
  • Internal colleagues and management with market shares and NPS (Net Promoter Score) trends in Power BI.
  • Sales teams by tracking commercial actions and KPIs through detailed reports in Power BI.
  • Brokers by providing necessary files via the Salesforce portal.
  • Third parties through automatic FTP and availability on SharePoint.
• Use Excel simulation tools for specialized data projections like custom mix and periodic savings.
• Participate in projects aimed at developing NPS measurements throughout the customer journey.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Amadea: Advanced proficiency
• Excel (VBA): Advanced proficiency
• Power BI: Intermediate proficiency
• Salesforce: Beginner proficiency

Language Proficiency

• Dutch or French – Native or bilingual proficiency
• English – Professional working proficiency
