As a Data Analyst at Vivid, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and services.
In this position, you will:
- Actively contribute to improving the user product by identifying user problems and proposing solutions, as well as innovating existing product features
- Construct and sustain an automated report system
- Support the launch of new products and features by developing metrics that reflect feature quality, and evaluating the results
- Offer analytical support during decision-making processes
- Formulate hypotheses for A/B testing, and design and analyze the results
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Broad experience in app funnel optimization and metrics such as LTV, Churn rate, utilization rate, etc
- Knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics
- Advanced skills in SQL, and familiarity with Python (Ex: NumPy, Pandas)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (we use Tableau)
- Ability to identify and clearly communicate the business implications of data, even when dealing with complex topics
- Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level
It would be beneficial if you:
- Have worked with attribution providers like AppsFlyer
- Have worked with web analytics such as GA, and understand attribution models
- Have experience at a fintech company
- Are fluent in Russian and English
