Role Overview

As the Dashboarding Factory Manager, you'll manage the Dashboarding Factory's day-to-day operations, focusing on analytics, development, testing, and implementation of various reporting tools including Analytics, Dashboarding, and PowerBI Reports. Your role is critical in scheduling, planning, and allocating resources for development projects. You will promote a performance culture through both individual and team coaching, mentoring to ensure excellence, and may also supervise vendor or offshore resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Dashboarding Factory's daily activities.
• Lead the analysis, development, testing, and implementation phases in reporting and analytics.
• Involve in feedback processes such as peer and portfolio reviews.
• Make crucial decisions within the team and manage personnel actions.

What We Look For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analytics or a similar field with a proven grasp of analysis principles and techniques.
• Skills: Expertise in reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools, using Agile methods. Proficient in life cycle methodologies, including Agile, KANBAN, and DevOps.
• Leadership: Capability to define and deliver MVPs rapidly with high adoption rates.
• Collaboration: Effective collaboration with IS/IT stakeholders, grasping requirements, and innovating solutions. Experience in overseeing virtual teams in a global setting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English, necessary for multicultural interactions.
