Position Overview:
The Data and Analytics Program Manager will lead the planning, analysis, reporting, and coordination of CPCQC’s data needs and infrastructure. This pivotal role is integral to our strategic efforts, collaborating across a team of program managers, quality improvement coaches, and a robust portfolio of perinatal initiatives.
This full-time, salaried position is based in Colorado. Candidates must either live in Colorado or relocate within six months of the hire date, at personal expense. While the role is primarily remote, quarterly in-person team meetings in the Denver Metro Area and occasional on-site visits across the state are expected.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor program-specific and organizational goals and outcomes; create control and run charts, regular reports, and statistical analyses across multiple initiatives.
- Develop strategies and manage data for clinical quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and processes.
- Communicate data analysis and outcomes through reports and presentations, providing actionable insights.
- Design data collection methodologies and metrics, supported by the Quality Improvement, Integrated Behavioral Health, and Community Engagement teams.
- Work with Quality Improvement Coaches to identify trends and opportunities for clinical interventions at hospitals.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity; perform data import, cleaning, verification, analysis, and visualization.
- Identify healthcare disparities and lead training, collection, analysis, and reporting on outcomes by race, ethnicity, and payor.
- Document progress for CPCQC partners, including grant funders and advisory boards, and contribute to grant reporting.
- Design and manage data systems, including Tableau and REDCap, with executive support.
- Provide technical assistance to partner organizations to enhance data collection and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams providing analytical support for quality improvement and patient safety projects.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related field; relevant healthcare data-related experience may substitute.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; high attention to detail.
- Experience with statistical, data analytics, collection, and visualization programs (SQL, R, Python, Stata, SAS, SPSS, REDCap, Qualtrics, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong data visualization skills; understanding of HIPAA requirements.
- Experience with Quality Improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data to varied audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 based on qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, and unlimited paid time off.
