Position Summary:

Reporting to the Professional and Workforce Development Manager, the Data and Innovation Resource Specialist will design, implement, and oversee data reporting and innovation processes for the Professional and Workforce Development Campus. Essential job duties include regular, reliable attendance and the ability to maintain collegial relationships with others. This position is based at The Collaborative office in Bentonville, AR.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• At least one year of experience in a relevant or equivalent field
• Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing and systematizing internal/external data requests
• Intermediate knowledge of Java, Python, C#, Go, JavaScript, or an equivalent language
• Experience with learning or content management systems
• Experience in process documentation and user training

Skills & Abilities:

• Effective oral and written communication
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn new software and technology
• Strong knowledge in process documentation
• Ability to maintain a collegial working relationship with others

Salary Information:

$50,000 - $56,000 (commensurate with education and experience)
