Role Description

This pivotal role is positioned within Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC), collaborating with over 3,000 skilled professionals across India, Romania, and the Philippines to support our global offices. The GEC not only offers dedicated country-specific roles to cultivate deep knowledge and strong connections but also provides opportunities to engage in global teams that excel as centers of highest capability, facilitating diversity and variety in your day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble large, complex data sets to meet both functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Drive internal process enhancements, including infrastructure redesign for scalability, data delivery optimization, and automation of manual processes.
• Develop infrastructure for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading using cutting-edge Azure and SQL technologies.
• Create analytical tools leveraging the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into essential business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to fulfill their data infrastructure needs and assist with technical data-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience required.
• Fluency in English with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record in enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Strong interest in new technologies, data, and digitization.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud, Data Warehousing (Synapse, Data Lake), SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Proficient in PowerBI, SQL, Python, and in the creation of APIs and ETL pipelines.
