We are currently seeking a dedicated Data Engineer II (contract) to enhance our engineering group at Lytx. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on innovative projects focused on real-time data visualization and automated issue detection strategies. Key Responsibilities:

As a vital part of our engineering team, you will:

• Implement and maintain a comprehensive monitoring framework to ensure real-time visibility into the performance metrics of remote devices.
• Develop, maintain and optimize alerting rules and thresholds to proactively address and respond to potential issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with leading metrics and monitoring tools such as Splunk, OpenSearch, or Grafana.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization.
• Functional knowledge of at least one scripting language.
• Basic familiarity with JSON and cloud computing services.
