About Our Dynamic Team: DEX

DEX, the central data organization at Kotak Bank, manages the entire data experience, including data platforms, engineering, and governance. This growing team is embarking on a greenfield project to overhaul our existing data systems with scalable AWS cloud-based solutions. As we build from scratch, we offer tech enthusiasts the unique chance to develop best-in-class data lakehouse solutions using advanced technologies like Python, Spark, and SQL on AWS.

Data Platform Development

This key vertical focuses on constructing an optimized data storage infrastructure, central data lake, and a comprehensive data management framework. Responsibilities include building high-performance connectors, customer feature repositories, and cost optimization solutions like EMR optimizers.

Data Engineering Excellence

Our data engineering team is at the forefront of handling extensive datasets, sourcing from over 100 systems, and enabling data consumption for numerous analytics products. Team members will have the opportunity to design and implement significant data models and manage centralized reporting across Kotak Bank.

Data Governance Leadership
