LC&I Analytics, part of Danske Bank, is looking for a skilled Data Engineer to help enhance our Financial Crime Prevention capabilities. You will be instrumental in advancing our data initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and integrity in our financial services.

The Role

As a Data Engineer in our team, you will:

  • Manage and optimize data flows within our existing systems.
  • Integrate new data sources into our data warehouse.
  • Develop and refine data logic to improve area processes.
  • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards, visualizing data for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate on data tool development and enhancement in C#.
  • Streamline ETL processes and ensure high data quality through automated solutions.

You will work alongside a dynamic team of data experts and BI analysts, supporting over 400 dedicated employees in their mission to maintain a fair financial environment.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or engineering.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Studio.
  • Adeptness in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline construction (using tools like SSIS, Alteryx, or Talend).
  • Professional level English language skills.
  • Strong collaborative abilities and a self-driven attitude.
  • A background in Mathematics, Economics, MIS, or a related field.
  • Programming knowledge, preferably in C#, and familiarity with data visualization tools.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from €3,360 to €5,040 gross, based on your expertise. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
