Data Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Design and development of data processing pipelines
• Engagement with stakeholders for requirements solicitation
• Research and prototyping of promising tools/approaches/practices with their subsequent implementation
• Management of the knowledge base / technical documentation for developed solutions
• Participation in Enterprise Data Platform design and development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering / DB Development / Development
• Expert knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience in Python/Java/Groovy
• Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Experience in Big Data stack (Kafka, Spark)
• Experience in AWS (EC2, S3, EBS, EKS, Lambda, Athena, Glue, SNS/SQS)
• Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux
• Experience in Git
• Experience in CD
• Good English communication skills (intermediate+) – verbal and written

Will be a plus:

• Experience in Apache NiFi
• Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD principles
• Experience in pipelines development
• Dealing with a large volume of data
• Experience in Jira and Confluence
