Overview

At Chubb, Document Ingestion is a top priority. We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented Quality Engineer (Tester) to collaborate on our Document Ingestion program. Your role will be crucial to the planning, implementation, and automation of data processes.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, creative, and able to independently lead the testing efforts of this strategic initiative. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business workflows and translate them into an end-to-end automated testing framework, from inception to go-live, to enhance the quality and speed of our testing and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, engineering, infrastructure, and other teams to understand the Chubb technology landscape.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the document ingestion domain.
• Build an automated test framework using tools like Selenium, Java, Python, BDD, ensuring integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute and tune performance testing.
• Implement industry-standard best practices for testing.
• Ensure bug-free application delivery to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on automation QA experience in a matrix organization.
• 3+ years of experience or knowledge in Selenium, Java, SQL, Python.
• Understanding and knowledge of cloud solutions, particularly Azure, is a plus.
• Experience or proficiency in automation test tools like QTP, Cucumber.
• Good to have experience in automating RPA/API/DB integration processes and performance testing.
• Knowledge on performance benchmarks and metrics.

Bonus Points For: Knowledge of tools like WorkFusion, Soroco, UI Path, or others.
