About the Role

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines. You will manage large datasets, derive insights from data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet their data needs. This role involves implementing and optimizing data storage and processing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and developing automation processes using Python and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines.
• Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand and meet data requirements.
• Implement and optimize data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Utilize Python and SQL to develop and automate data analysis processes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by designing and implementing data validation tests.
• Create dashboards and reports for data visualization and informed decision-making.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a data engineering role or similar.
• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience designing and developing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard/report creation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and performance optimization abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
