Airbus Helicopters, a global leader in aeronautics, is searching for a talented Data Governance Manager to become a key member of our Global Business Data Office. This role is based in the dynamic city of Marignane, France.

Your Responsibilities

As a Data Governance Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Global Business Data Custodian network.
• Ensure the consistent application of Data Governance best practices across all business areas.
• Build and maintain a network of official Data Custodians to safeguard the integrity of Global Business’s data.
• Create new Business Objects in the Airbus Helicopters Data Catalogue as needed.
• Manage all Data Requests in collaboration with Process Owners and Process Improvers.
• Assist the Data Officer in protecting data through classification, document tagging, and compliance with company directives.
• Regularly communicate internally with stakeholders and newcomers to ensure compliance and understanding of data policies.

Your Profile

The ideal Data Governance Manager will have:

• A solid understanding of large data models and master data management challenges.
• Experience working with business processes, QMS systems, data catalogues, Business Objects, and data lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales processes, particularly regarding SAP data sources and interactions between SAP and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with transformation initiatives.
• Eligibility or existing security clearance from recognized authorities.
