Role Purpose

The Data Governance Officer will develop data policies, standards, and practices to ensure consistency, quality, and protection, aligned with predefined templates, to meet business needs. This role includes monitoring the quality of master and reference data.

Responsibilities & Main Tasks

• Implement an enterprise-wide data governance framework, focusing on improving data quality and protecting sensitive data through rigorous classification, policies, standards, and processes.
• Support the clear definition, communication, and understanding of master data, ensuring it aligns with operational priorities and complies with policies and standards.
• Validate compliance of data governance roles and responsibilities, ensuring accountability for stewardship.
• Monitor performance indicators and quality metrics, assisting in the implementation of data-related policies and measurements at the corporate level.
