Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Data Integration Specialist to enhance our Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the precision of electronic data interchange between our key stakeholders—publishers, wholesalers, retailers—and manufacturing operations across the US and UK. This position is pivotal in solving data discrepancies, managing system orders, and improving workflow efficiencies essential to our drop shipping, offset printing, and global distribution processes.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Minimum of 2 years working with reconciliation of invoices and warehouse operations systems

Preferred Skills:

• EDI experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Proficiency in XML, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making skills

Essential Duties:

• Report and troubleshoot EDI interface errors and mapping
• Handle Proof of Delivery requests and reconcile freight invoices
• Conduct routine electronic interface tests and support system enhancements
• Clear orders held in DMS and Oracle systems and coordinate with IT and Operations to streamline processes
