Join Sayres & Associates as a Data Management Analyst in Washington, DC

Sayres & Associates is seeking an experienced Data Management Analyst for a pivotal role based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess a current SECRET clearance or have the ability to obtain one. This position offers a hybrid telework environment, requiring attendance at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) 3-4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Management Analyst, your duties will include:

• Accessing proprietary databases and gathering data from a variety of original sources.
• Collecting and analyzing data to populate and update user-friendly charts, graphs, and web-based tools.
• Developing metrics reports, providing statistical analysis, and presenting original source data in concise formats tailored for end-users.
• Creating relational databases and data repositories for efficient data storage and parsing.
• Utilizing shipbuilding and program-related data to develop scheduling tools such as the Integrated Master Schedule using MS Project.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing data and databases.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Some experience with MS Project.
• Skill in developing GUI tools for end-users using MS software applications.
• Customer service orientation with experience in interfacing and communicating with senior-level decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the military (active duty) or as a DoD contractor.
• MS Project certification.
• Training and certifications in database management.
