Position: Data Management Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment to provide direct support to our government customers. Extensive training in Data Management will be provided to acquaint you with best practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) delivery and review.
• Review data deliveries for proper distribution statements, export control warnings, copyright legends, and data rights markings.
• Maintain data management repositories.
• Establish and adhere to data management processes throughout project life cycles for consistent configuration control.
• Provide timely data management services for diverse data to project teams.
• Ensure data management rules compliance to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Work in a structured environment, relying on attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain data management documentation.
• Leverage strong communication skills for consulting on projects and effective information presentation.
• Think strategically and use judgment to resolve arising issues.
• Build excellent relationships both independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA).
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
