Data Management Associate Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in data analytics, data governance, and data management. Ideal for those with a technical background, passionate about enhancing our company's solutions in the Data & Analytics domain. Your role will focus on developing and supporting solutions that promote data quality and consistency across the organization while leveraging the latest market trends and technologies.

Role Requirements

• University degree in Computer Sciences or a related field
• Experience with modern data governance concepts, data modeling, and data management
• Familiarity with cloud-based Big Data platforms
• Basic knowledge of SAP systems
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with Azure Cloud Platform
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends

Key Responsibilities

Data Governance and Data Quality Support

• Design, implement, and support data governance and quality solutions
• Monitor, rectify, and improve data quality
• Identify opportunities to enhance current solutions

Data Management and Catalog Maintenance

• Enhance and maintain the corporate Data Catalogue
• Create and implement processes for data/metadata management

Data Analysis and Project Collaboration

• Develop advanced data models to drive business insights
• Collaborate on Data Governance and MDM projects

Technical Support and Documentation

• Troubleshoot data-related issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Continuing Education and Teamwork

• Stay updated with data governance and management trends
• Work within a global, dynamic Data & Analytics team

What We Are Looking For

• University degree (preferably in Computer Sciences or IT)
• 1+ year of experience in enterprise development/modeling
• Experience with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, or Data Engineering
• Experience with cloud-based Big Data platforms (e.g. Azure)
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and data manipulation languages
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with Agile Principles and SCRUM framework
• Strong communication skills
