We are actively seeking a Data Management Professional with expertise in Production Accounting and Production Operations. Located within our dynamic Technology Organization, this role is crucial for leveraging effective data management, integration, reporting, and analysis to address and solve business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Providing first-line technical support for Peloton Prodview, focusing on software functionality, data integrity, system performance, and accounting setup.
• Designing and enforcing standardization methods for data acquisition, reporting, integration, and visualization across various business units.
• Training and onboarding new and current employees on best practices in data management related to ProdView and production accounting data.
• Creating and managing training materials and documentation on production-related processes and reporting requirements.
• Driving the improvement of business intelligence processes and capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of new business solutions.
• Collaborating with Production Operations teams and other stakeholders to assess needs, develop solutions, and delineate technical requirements for implementation.
• Addressing and resolving data quality issues while promoting and developing best data management and reporting practices.
• Utilizing tools like Peloton Prodview, Snowflake, OSIsoft PI, Power BI, and Spotfire for preparing integrated datasets.
• Building and maintaining robust relationships with business unit accountants, data consumers, and engineers.
• Championing data management best practices and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in roles related to Production Accounting and Operations.
• Expertise in Peloton ProdView, and proficiency with additional systems like SAP-PRA, SQL, Power BI, and Spotfire.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with substantial knowledge in data management and governance.
