Position Profile: Data and CIMS Specialist

As a Data and CIMS Specialist at Acquire BPO, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the import and export of data within CIMS. We expect you to ensure the accuracy, privacy, and security of our data, maintain data management systems, and comply with data governance standards and regulations. This role demands a blend of technical prowess, organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of data management.

Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation and Maintenance

• Implement, configure, and maintain data within records management systems.
• Ensure systems comply with organizational needs and relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Lead the testing and integration of new CIMS versions and provide Level 1 Helpdesk support on CIMS.
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.

Data Governance and Compliance

• Enforce policies and procedures for data handling and records management to ensure legal compliance.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting data and records management.

Data Security and Privacy

• Implement security measures to safeguard data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and coordinate with IT security teams to enhance data security.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work with various departments to ensure data needs are met and systems are integrated effectively.
• Prepare and present reports on data and records management activities and system performance to senior management.
