WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Fors Marsh is on the hunt for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Management Specialist to enhance our survey data management team. This role involves extensive work with several surveys for government and other esteemed clients, focusing on tasks from data cleaning to final reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirement nuances for sampling, weighting, and analysis.

• Engage in dataset creation, cleaning, recoding, and quality control for various research studies.

• Develop and enforce systematic plans for data collection instrument testing

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with standards through rigorous data validation and cleansing.

• Identify and resolve data issues, and recommend strategies to enhance data integrity and availability.

• Provide project management support to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion of all deliverables.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, social science, public policy, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience; academia projects or internships considered.
• Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities autonomously.
• Experience managing large datasets and proficiency in SPSS or Stata, with other programming languages beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Eligibility for a low-level government security clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required due to federal contract stipulations.

Salary: $67,000 - $75,000
