Position Summary

The Data Operations Architect at Veritone plays a pivotal role in enhancing our business operations. This position is crucial in democratizing data within Veritone and involves developing robust data solutions, enhancing internal applications, and innovating processes to boost efficiencies across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Operations and Systems Management

  • Lead initiatives within BI systems and reporting, ETL tools, business data warehouse, and data pipeline ensuring compliance, development, and seamless maintenance.

Enhancing Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Promote a 'full stack' approach to leverage our business intelligence stack across the company, fostering self-sufficiency.

Driving Operational Efficiencies

  • Enable data accessibility across the organization to foster data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and improve data workflows and processes, ensuring transparency and optimal operations.
  • Develop comprehensive operational dashboards that reflect business dynamics.

Strategic Planning and Enterprise Application Management

  • Contribute to strategic company decisions through in-depth analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Address the prioritization of projects effectively to align with corporate goals.

Preferred and Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should possess profound business systems expertise within the software/SaaS industry, particularly in Sales & Marketing domains, matched with extensive experience in Salesforce, Alteryx, Rivery, Qlik, and PowerBI. Superior analytical skills and project management experiences are invaluable, along with proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake. Experience with cloud data integrations, Python, JavaScript, and other scripting languages is essential.
