About Muon Space

We are building an expert team to design and generate value-added products from Earth observations, drawn from Muon’s low Earth orbit satellite constellation and other geospatial datasets. We seek a Data Product Developer to develop algorithms and final processing stages for data from our spacecraft’s multispectral imaging instruments. This role involves close interaction with both instrument engineering and ground data systems teams to ensure the highest possible science data quality with the lowest latencies, supporting Muon’s climate change monitoring goals.
Location: This position can be based in Mountain View, CA, or remote.

This position requires access to export-controlled information. The salary range for this role is $95K-$195K, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience as evaluated during the interview process.
