About the Role

Product Leadership: Utilize extensive data analysis to influence product development, identify new opportunities, and address upcoming challenges to add value across Meta's ecosystem.

Analytics: Lead with data, guiding product teams through insights. Develop hypotheses and utilize a variety of analytical methodologies to test these theories effectively.

Communication and Influence: More than presenting data, you'll tell compelling stories driven by insights, influencing decision-makers and establishing strategic partnerships.

People Leadership: Inspire and manage a top-tier team of data scientists and leaders, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer a team of data scientists in enhancing product strategies that impact billions worldwide.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other key functions to frame and execute product strategy.
• Transform complex data into actionable plans that influence product direction through persuasive presentations.
• Drive analytical projects from inception to completion, tackling a broad range of challenges with innovative statistical approaches.
• Set, forecast, and monitor key product metrics to glean insights and determine the success of product initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with degree completion before joining.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in analytics, including 2+ years managing analytics teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
• Capability to initiate and drive analytical projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Experience in delivering analysis results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.
• Prior experience in technology, consulting, or finance sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing analytics teams.

Compensation: $173,000 to $242,000 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and additional benefits depending on skills, qualifications, and location.
