We are actively seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our team by contributing to the development of state-of-the-art computer vision and speech models using advanced machine learning techniques.

As a key player in our team, the Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Conversational AI, will be crucial in building, developing, and deploying sophisticated models to power our suite of conversational AI products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists, you will ensure the seamless integration of our machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with a skilled team of machine learning engineers to create unprecedented solutions for a global audience, by addressing challenges never solved before.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of business experts, engineers, data scientists, designers, and researchers, showcasing deep expertise in both practical and theoretical aspects of 3D Computer Vision algorithms.
• Engage thoroughly in all aspects of the project—from conceptualization and theory to design, code, and implementation.
• Prototype and deliver world-class algorithms, transitioning these prototypes to automation pipelines for production deployment.
• Conduct ongoing data analysis to build new or fine-tune existing computer vision models, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Communicate analytical results to business partners and executive teams, and maintain expertise in the latest technological advancements in AI.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should have:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in NLP/AI software development with a strong record of successful product releases.
• An advanced degree (Ph.D./M.S) in Computer Vision Machine Learning (CVML) or a similar discipline, complemented by 5+ years of industry experience in CVML.
• Extensive experience with 3D Computer Vision algorithms, state-of-the-art NLP algorithms, multi-modal machine learning models, and foundational models.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Experience in systems ranging from image recognition to deep learning and AI-driven analytics.
• Demonstrated capability in delivering presentations, writing technical documentation, and with verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with OCI/AWS and related cloud services would be valuable.
