Role Expectations and Tasks

As part of our Customer Success Services team at BTP Delivery@Scale, you will leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance business processes and drive efficiency improvements. Your role involves:

• Guiding our customers to define AI/ML-driven business outcomes.
• Supporting our cloud-based customers in enhancing their business processes through innovative AI solutions.
• Working in a fast-paced, agile development environment to rapidly prototype and deploy ML models.
• Playing a vital role in the end-to-end ML project lifecycle, from building algorithms to implementing AI in live environments.
• Driving initiatives and developing applications within SAP's AI ecosystem to support generative AI advancements.

Who You Are - Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking passionate individuals with:

• 3-10 years of experience in data science and AI/ML fields.
• A strong foundation in Python OOP and proficiency in ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Advanced skills in NLP and the ability to apply these in business contexts.
• Experience with scalable AI solutions and familiarity with generative AI frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of conducting robust data analysis and transforming business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of driving projects and interfacing with customers effectively.

Education Requirements

Candidates should have a B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science, or a Master’s in Data Analytics/Data Science.
