Job Role: This position offers a unique chance to innovate within the realms of Statistics and Data Science. You will support the Global Clinical Operations function, transforming how our client, a leading Pharma company, uses data to drive decision-making in R&D clinical operations. While an understanding of clinical data is advantageous, it's not required.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development: Implement robust model development methodologies, ensuring clear objectives and quality measurement methods from the start.

Machine Learning Training: Ensure machine learning models are well-trained and finely tuned for accuracy and relevance, aligning with analytical team findings.

Code Quality: Adhere to SDLC principles, delivering high-quality code that is well-documented, reusable, and free of bugs.

Collaborative Strategy Execution: Work alongside data scientists, data engineers, business analysts, and domain SMEs to efficiently execute strategy and roadmap plans, leveraging advanced analytics methods (descriptive, inquisitive, predictive).

Model Maintenance: Continuously train and maintain machine learning models to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.

Analytics Productization: Transform analytics solutions and proofs of concept into actionable features on an Azure-based analytics platform, considering system understanding, engineering constraints, and performance needs.

Data Visualization: Develop compelling summaries and narrative dashboards to visualize data effectively, focusing on key findings and insights that align with stakeholders' goals. Use validation techniques to build confidence in the results.
