Role Overview:

As a Data Scientist at MobilityWare, you will be instrumental in analyzing in-game activity, user behaviors, and monetization efforts. Your analytical insights will guide feature builds, enhance user engagement, and benefit our monetization strategies. This position involves working closely with our premier product and data engineering teams to optimize outcomes and drive game development forward.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SQL and Python for preliminary data assessments and model building.
• Develop, deploy, and manage machine learning models that support strategic business decisions.
• Translate complex model outputs into actionable insights and detailed visual reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with revenue teams to facilitate user acquisition and retention strategies.
• Engage with the monetization team to forecast revenue and optimize performance.
• Assist data engineering with large dataset management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data operations.

Required Qualifications:

• An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Data Science or Computer Science.
• Robust proficiency in Python and SQL, with optional skills in C++/C#, Java, R/Matlab.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Capability to devise machine learning algorithms and interpret academic research for practical application.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a proven ability to translate data insights into business improvements.

Salary & Application Process:

In respect for transparency, the starting annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000, not inclusive of bonuses and other financial incentives. This competitive total compensation package is designed to potentially increase based on the incumbent's credentials and the specific office location.
