Job Summary:

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Data Scientist to enhance our Operations Research team. Ideal candidates will bring a sharp analytical acumen and a knack for solving complex problems through predictive and prescriptive analytic solutions. This role involves defining, validating, and deploying models that propel business insights and actions. At levels 3-4, we’re eager to welcome seasoned professionals ready to take full ownership of model development from inception through deployment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle model development and deployment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate technical requirements and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for scaling the business using data analytics and machine learning.
• Design and build robust data pipelines and ensure scalable data science infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in delivering impactful models using Python and PyTorch.
• Proven expertise in designing and leading data science projects from architecture to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of supervised learning methodologies and experience handling unstructured data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence backend databases.
• Experience in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience conducting and leading code reviews.
• Knowledge in unsupervised learning techniques is a plus.

Salary Range:

• Level 3: $121,550 - $178,750
• Level 4: $144,500 - $212,500
