Your Role and Impact

As a Data Scientist at Meta, you will use your deep analytical skills and product intuition to influence the experiences created for billions of global users and hundreds of millions of businesses. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to solve product and business challenges using robust data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize massive and complex data sets to tackle a wide array of challenges, employing various analytical and statistical techniques.
• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to craft strategies that enhance our product offerings.
• Determine the success of product initiatives, setting goals, forecasting outcomes, and monitoring product metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Influence product strategy and development by communicating data-driven stories and insights to senior partners, shaping product direction and decisions.

What We Require

To thrive in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field, paired with at least 4 years of professional analytics experience. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is essential. Advanced degrees in quantitative disciplines are preferred.

Location and Compensation

This position offers an attractive salary ranging from $134,000 to $204,000 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and additional benefits. The compensation package includes comprehensive health benefits and more. The exact salary will be determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
