Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and optimize existing intelligent models in our digital products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Transform data insights into actionable recommendations for product development, optimization, marketing strategies, and business outcomes.
  • Research, develop, and implement predictive algorithms in AI/ML/DL, focusing on IoT, IIOT, and Robotics.
  • Develop and maintain machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and techniques.
  • Coordinate with various teams to implement models and monitor their performance.
  • Create tools and processes to analyze model performance and data accuracy.
  • Proactively seek out new projects and opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with distributed data/computing and orchestration tools (e.g., Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MySQL, Beam, Druid, Airflow, Presto).
  • Expertise in applying statistical techniques to business applications.
  • Proficiency in Python; knowledge of C, C++, Java, R, and JavaScript is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., Pytorch, Tensorflow, Caffe).
  • Proven track record of independent thinking and problem-solving, evidenced through publications or patents.
  • Industrial R&D experience with a strong patent portfolio.
  • Robotics experience, particularly in automation and reinforcement learning.
  • Expertise in optimization theory and designing algorithms for resource-constrained IoT devices.
