As a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist - Federal, you'll collaborate with some of the largest organizations globally to assist them in creating the next generation of AI-powered enterprise applications. You'll work directly with data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts to define new analytics capabilities. These will provide our federal clients with the necessary information to make proper decisions and enable their digital transformation.
Qualified candidates will possess detailed knowledge of the most commonly used machine learning techniques and their practical applications. You will also understand these algorithms' constraints, and how to adjust them or build upon them to achieve similar results on a large scale.
This role requires US Citizenship.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, execute, and deploy Machine Learning algorithms for enterprise applications using the C3 AI Suite.
- Aid and empower C3 AI’s federal clients to construct their own applications on the C3 AI Suite.
- Contribute to the design and execution of new features of the C3 AI Suite.
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or corresponding fields.
- Practical Machine Learning experience (regression and classification, supervised, and unsupervised learning).
- Solid mathematical foundation (linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics).
- Experience with scalable ML (MapReduce, streaming).
- Ability to lead a project and work independently or as a team.
- Smart, committed, proactive attitude, and driven to make a difference.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or higher).
- Excellent programming proficiency in Python.
- Experience with deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

- Salary range: $123,000 - $185,000 USD.
